Why can't I see my clients data?

If you are unable to see your client's data on your Coach Dashboard, your clients have not given Kinexit permission to access their Personal Data.

What does this mean? 

As you may be aware, the EU privacy and data protection act (GDPR) is setting a new standard for how all companies use and protect EU citizen's data. The regulation was activated into force in May 2018. Kinexit is fully committed to GDPR compliance and transparency in all the ways we handle the personal data of customers, professionals, and businesses. 

For Kinexit to ensure we handle our user's personal data correctly, we have implemented the following:

  • Updated our Privacy Policy to ensure compliance.
  • Revised our data mapping and data inventory.
  • Created internal strategies for how we can safely and efficiently handle requests from legal entities regarding their data.
  • Created new terms of use for all users to demonstrate how we use our users' data.

All new Kinexit users will need to permit us to collect their personal data relating to their body measurements and other health-related personal data. Giving consent is optional, but if they don't give Kinexit permission, we will not be able to access their testing and log hours and therefore not be able to provide professionals with this information. 

For current users, they will need to give Kinexit permission by visiting their Privacy Settings on the settings page.
